Peach Tart

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Bake Time: 30 minutes

Serves 8

I am so excited to share my version of a peach tart. The nice arrangement of fruit with the crunchy, yet sticky coating of almond flour and sugar is sure to impress. Happy baking!


1 tart crust

2 tablespoons almond flour

2 tablespoons flour

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

3 large peaches, sliced (10 to 12 slices per peach)

2 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and and roll/toss the peach slices in it.

  3. Arrange the peach slices in a circle, starting form the outside and working your way in.

  4. Brush the melted butter over the peaches.

  5. Combine the leftover powered ingredients with leftover butter. Stuff this mixture in the gaps on the tart.

  6. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes. Cover with foil the first 20 minutes, bake uncovered for the last 10.

  7. Let cool and serve warm by itself or with vanilla ice cream.
